The middle sections on the trunk lid will definitely not. The outer sections "might", but the answer isn't definite.

I WILL HAVE THE FINAL "DETAILED" ANSWER IN APPROXIMATELY 2 WEEKS. I ordered the lights from a lexus parts site for $400 shipped. I will have them by June 8th and when I have free time I'll attempt to put them on. I spoke to the parts manager online and he stated they should fit. I have 30 day to return them if they don't .The only concern I have is the LED lighting unit and wiring them. But it looks like I can just take all that stuff off and fit a regular bulb in it. I may need to some how mount the bulb in it after the led unit is taken out.

would be interesting to find out about the led setup too!
