Default Question about LS-430 air suspension

Is there any quick and easy way to check whether the air suspension on a LS-430 is working? In particular, I've played around with the ride height adjustment I never notice any change in ride height. Its my understanding that the ride height is supposely at max height when the car is stationary, and therefore toggling the adjustment in the garage is not suppose to show any difference. But I never notice any change in ride height even when the car is in motion. You would think if everything was working correctly any change in ride height should be pretty noticeable.

I believe that the height shift between normal and high is only about 1".
