MOMO Hub Adapter?

Does anyone have a part number for the momo hub adapter?

Discount Tire here in Washington ordered them for me. You might want to check with them, if their franchise is in California.

Yes they are in CA. I was thinking that a Supra or some other Toyota hub would work.
