I have a Lexus LS400 1996. I want to put some 17 inch Ferretti Messina Chrome rims on the car but they don't seem to fit. I put the back rims on and they are fine but the front ones don't fit. The break assembly is in the way.

I checked a website and they list the 20" rims fitting my car but didn't have a choice for the 17" or 18". Is there a difference to the rims other than the size?

Is there an axel kit I can buy to put on so that I can put the rims on?
