Can you give it back?
That's a lot of problems for a car you just got. Better to do some searching. Any history on the car? Might want to know "all the other stuff" that's been done to the car also.
As Billy mentioned, the FAQs are the best place to start for all those problems and use the search function.
Welcome to the club, though it looks like you're initiation is going to be a bit tougher than most.

The brake wear indicator on the dash is due to the sensor wire being worn in two. There are 2 sensors, probably both on the driver's side, one for the front, one for the rears. It has nothing to do with the current state of the brake pads. That is probably you're easiest fix.
The best way to remove the warnings from the cluster is to locate and fix the problem. I do hope you like working on cars and chasing down problems.

car looks great, congrats, before we went to a one LS family, I had a black one too, loved it, but the wife won...
they have a way of doing that, when you are in your 80's.....
we have owned 12 LS's thru the years (bought in pairs for the two of us, until my stroke)...

It seems like I saw that car in the " Post pics of your ride thread " . Did you buy it from another member of the forum?

When I bought my 2000 LS400 it had the head light leveling message on the dash, both my HID turn on like they should. However when I shine it on a brick wall at night I notice that one light shines slightly higher then the other (very very slightly).
I noticed that there is a hairline crack on the mount for the head light that must be throwing it off.

I heard the the headlight leveling is really sensitive and in my case it must be true, the message is still on. I have seen sellers claim that this message will stay on if you change your headlights.

Looks like you've made a lot of progress in a very short time. Great job on tackling those. Just needed. Little TLC to get it back in shape.
