You need this kit: http://www.rockauto.com/en/partsearch/?partnum=TKT030 It contains components by the OE manufacturers for Toyota/Lexus. I wouldn't use anything else.

Follow my timing belt guide I created few months ago. It will match your car exactly. Post any questions you may have in that thread.

Here is your wire set: http://www.rockauto.com/en/partsearch/?partnum=6718143

Here are your plugs: http://www.rockauto.com/en/partsearch/?partnum=PK20R11

Make SURE you replace the Camshaft and Crankshaft seals. The whole reason for doing my Timing belt early was due to a blown and leaking crankshaft seal on mine, coating the entire Timing belt with oil.

Also, replace your coolant temperature sensor, as that can have a dramatic affect on fuel economy and driveability.

You can get off RockAuto for the ECT sensor. I use RockAuto a lot, but not for that particular part. Hehe

I only go OEM on this part. If I needed to buy one today this is where I would get it: http://www.ebay.com/itm/GENUINE-TOYO...NYMgns&vxp=mtr

RockAuto doesn't carry Denso caps and rotors but I'm pretty sure Denso is the OE for Toyota/Lexus. I would typically buy the OEM caps and rotors as the price isn't insane. My parts source has the caps for around $20 each and the rotors for $11 each. I would be comfortable using the Bosch parts on RockAuto if you want to keep it in the same order as the parts I linked to there for you like the timing belt kit and such.

The OE part numbers are:
Rotor: 19102-50020
Cap: 19101-50020

I use Lexus of Pembroke Pines Parts A LOT, have for years and years. They are in South FL. Their website is LPPParts.com. I use LexusSouthAtlantaParts.com for the dealer level parts diagrams to get the numbers and punch them into LPPParts.com I've ordered from Lexus of South Atlanta Parts as well and they are super nice to deal with.

I just bought an Import Direct part from Oriellys. It has a lifetime warranty, so if it'll ever break I'll take it back and exchange. I went there mainly for convenience. If you order at a dealer, they'll most likely have to ship it in from somewhere, leaving you SOL if you have to work the next day and it's your only means of transportation. There are plenty of Oriellys nearby, so I always have multiple options to go to. I think I paid 17 bucks for it.
