Default Trans mount replacement

Quick question, if I am only replacing the trans mount do I need to support the trans with a Jack while removing the cross member?

also what are the torque settings for cross member and trans mount fasteners?
thanks

The nuts are 10 ft/lb and the larger bolts are 19 ft/lb.

Yes, you have to support the trans while changing the mount. Just use a 2x4 wrapped with a dish cloth or something resting on the pan and a floor jack. Don't jack up on the trans, just support it.

Thanks got it out
was definitely compressed and torn at the top but not completely gone
it looked better than I though it would

It must have been done before
the mount didn't have the indexing pin to face forward...
and this
some gorilla super torqued one of previous bolts
so it really got killed coming out.

Top stripped I couldn't even get it started on a die... so
middle my homemade bolt, cut the excess length with my angle grinder
bottom an old good one

After many curse words I finally got the tap though the old hole in the boogered up threads.

Got it all back together now.... at least it isn't vibrating like it was before.

Yea, it's a much lower torque than you would think. For a reason. I'm sure many shops impact those suckers back in. And that's why no one touches my vehicles.
