Default Buttoning up the dash after ECU replacement

First off, big shout out to LScowboyLS for hooking me up with a newly refurbished ECU for my 1995 Lexus LS400. I'm in the process of buttoning up the dash and can't figure out where this dangling part was bolted. Any help?

According to a picture I have from my ECU repair job, it looks to be bolted up to the left of the ECU between the blower motor. There is a stud or a bolt where it attached.

Hope that helps.

Thanks, M4rk. That does help. Greatly narrows down my search area. I know it bolted somewhere because I have a nut left over from closing everything up.
