Default LS400 Maintenance

I have a 98 LS400 with about 92,000 miles on it. I bought this car 6 months ago and have yet to do any maintenence other that an oilchanges on it. My mechanic told me that I need to change the trasmission fluid and I just wanted some input on how often this should be done. Also, how often should the brakes and rotors be changed?
One more thing.... whenever I got over 70 MPH, you can feel some shaking in the car. The ride is not smooth anymore and you feel some annoying vibrations. Any thoughts on what this could be? Appreciate the help!

Here is a list of things that are done at 90,000 mile service by my Lexus Service:
replace engine oil/filter
rotate tires
replace air filter
replace cabin filter
replace the A/T fluid
replace the differential oil
replace brake fluid
replace engine collant
replace fuel filter
inspect front/rear brakes, steering linkages, drive shaft boots, boday and chassis nuts/bolts, exhaust piples/mountings, brake lines/hoses, rack and piston assembly, fuel lines and connectors and fuel tank, vapor vent system hoses, balance wheels and tires, check wheel alignment.

The A/T fluid is replace every 30,000 mile service or 24 months. The brake pads and rotors are variable. My previous 93 LS didn't need brake pads until after 90,000 miles and the rotors are still okay.
The shaking above 70 MPH may be because the wheels need to be balanced.

Thanks so much for the reply. My mechanic told me it might need wheel balancing actually. How much did all that run you at the lexus dealer?

90,000 miles is $700. It is time for timing belt and water pump if it is never replaced, that's another $850. It is a lot of money but my previous 93 LS didn't have a single problem except regular maintenances.
