I'm wondering about what the repair cost will be to get another bracket/bushing to hold the rear axle in place if that's what's wrong.I'm going to try and get the car for around $1,200 to $1,400.But,I'm thinking it could be a costly repair for the rear end.Also,the driver window regulator will need repair.And the A/C may need servicing.The paint job is beautiful.It has been repainted so it may have been in a wreck.If so,I will not offer the stated amount but even less.
I'll call the dealership and get a history report on it after I get the VIN.Does anyone think this is a worth while endeavor?The guy was asking a minimum of $1,800,but there is no way I'll give that much for it.I think the best thing to do is have my mechanic inspect the rear end.The mechanic I use is very trustworthy and is one of the best around.Would anyone like to reply?Thanks
