Depends on where you live in Colorado as to whether you see much salt on your car. People get a very distorted view with pictures of multi-feet of snow(up in the mountains) during the winter. You could name any state east of here that would have much worse winters than the average Coloradan gets. The rust belt generally runs north of Virginia and then runs west towards Nebraska.

"1995 Lexus ES 400" - [1990-1992 LS]... I really wonder how this car got registered properly...
The car doesn't start. $1300 and nothing stating the problems or showing the engine bay, interior, etc...

"I've put about 35K in ten years, low.
This car is for cruising, not winter storms and snow. I have 4x4 suv's for that...
So to answer that question, it's clean of corrosion.
I don't live in the mountains (Aspen)where the snow doesn't melt till May every year😀
The snow only sticks on the road about 10 times a year by me, I'm an hour+ east of the foothills, in the suburbs about 30 miles SE of Denver.
We're a mile high so it's dry."

Yup, you get a lot of snow up there and they would have more salt days. But, the majority of us don't see anything like the winters you do. My average(central Colorado) winter is maybe three to four snows of perhaps two days in length. That's it. It snows and then it's gone in a few days. Much worse weather anywhere else in the Midwest.
