Last week I had my local independent repair place convert my 92 ls400 to the replacement for freon. The 92 was the last year Lexus to use freon. I would not have made the change, If it were not for a slow leak in the system. My tech had put dye in the system, to try and find the leak. could not find. That made him feel it was the condenser,"I think thats what it is called" In the dash board.This looks like it would be a very expensive job to replace. So He converted to the new fluid. My problem now is that the Air is not very cold. I dont think it could kool the car on A hot day. I need some advice. Thanks michael r.
