Rear Monroe struts for 2nd Gen LS
Just replaced the front suspension on my 95 LS,97k mi, including the Monroe Sensa-trac struts(part# 71317). Decided I should also do the rear shocks. However, I can't seem to get a consensus on the correct rear strut. Some dealers list part# 71318, but some sites only give this # for Gen 1 models. Monroe's website only lists the front struts? Please help!

Didn't find the monroe part number, but for what it's worth... I did find the lexus part number and it's the same number for both the 95 and 98 models. I think it will fit all UCF 20 body styles from what I saw.
Lexus part no. for rear: 48530-59095, fits both the driver and passenger side.
Found on: Lexuspartsnow.com
I tried to fit that part number on a 1992 model and it does not fit, according to lexuspartsnow.com
and... the 71317 part fits my 2000 LS400 also from the shocks.com website.
This is the Lexus part no. for the rear strut for the UCF10( 1990-1994) body style: 48530-59015 (lexuspartsnow.com)
And then Amazon says the Monroe part number 71318 does not fit your car.
But the 71317 does fit your car, but one rating says the picture is incorrect.
So now, like you, I'm a bit confused... not sure I've helped you.
