LS400 Running Rough No CEL
I recently purchased a 1994 Lexus LS400. It had sat in my friend's backyard for 2 or 3 years before I purchased it. I ended up having to replace the fan bracket, radiator, starter, alternator, knock sensors, and battery but I got it running. The problem is it runs very rough. It doesn't stall but the car shakes and it accelerates poorly. I put new plug wires on and it didn't seem to help. I have new spark plugs and a new fuel filter ordered, is there anything else I should check?

I ran it a while longer and I got it to throw a couple codes. One is code 13 Rpm signal circuit fault and one is 52 Knock sensor#1. The knock sensor was brand new I had just replaced it but I guess I'll buy another one. Does anyone know how to fix code 12?
EDIT: Ok I pulled the connector for the 2nd crankshaft positioning sensor which would be for the code 13 and it runs a lot better. Idles smoother and revs up a lot better. What would be the cause of this? I tested the resistance on both and they were very close so it seems like the sensor should be ok and I don't see any breaks or shorts in the wiring. Could I have somehow gotten off time if I didn't touch the timing belt?
