Can anyone tell me where to find the Tilt/Telescope multiplexer. I want to replace it but can't find it! I have a '96 LS400. Sometimes the tilt works but not the telescope and sometimes the telescope works but not the tilt, sometimes both won't work and sometimes neither will work. It seems to have something to do with the outside temperature. It doesn't like extreme hot or cold. So I thought I'd start by replacing or rebuilding the multipexer and go to the motors next.

If they go for just a little while and then don't move, I'd say your motors are bad. When I got my Lexus with 217k miles, both motors were shot. Found a low mileage Lexus at a pick/pull place and they work fine now.

That's exactly what they do. So I'll pull used motors replace. Thanks
