Looks good on a dark color, wonder how silver RPF1s will look on my gold.

Will look good. What size are you considering?

Still trying to decide between 17s and 18s. I know the 17s will look smaller, but want to sacrifice the least ride quality at this time (suspension is a bit firmer now). The LS is a DD and I drive it on crappy roads all the time. Not sure how much I will sacrifice going to 245/45-18s or 225/55-17s from the OEMs. Very subjective I know, but practicality comes first on this car. Also depends on tires, I am looking at the Conti Eco Plus or Pure Contacts at this time.

Always looking for feedback from people here who have gone the route I have.

At 19#'s for an 18x8.5 and 16#'s for a 17x7, the wheel mass is going to feel pretty good over rougher roads. For the size I have on mine, this would reduce wheel weight about 8#'s, that's significant. The 50-55 aspect ratio of the 17 is going to feel pretty comfortable if that is your choice. Even at 18" an A/S type touring tire will be subtle.

Their size and spec chart:

Looks nice! I am not low like you, but I get the idea of what the LS would look like. Thanks.

Finally! Like the setup so far, even though the wheels look small.

17x8 +45mm + Conti TrueContacts 225/55s.

I settled on 17s. Also, this setup saved 8-9 lbs unsprung wheel per corner, so car feels awesome, which is a bonus for me - quicker acceleration, faster braking, lighter in the corners etc.

what about the LS 430 17's 7 spoke wheels? i totally understand wanting to reduce weight, that particular wheel design though has more of an IS feel to me not LS

these (Enkei GP5) give off more of an LS vibe to me but it's your car do as you wish

Strook, what wheel spacers do you use? The rear could need some
