Need help fix/disabling HID auto-leveling feature
I've got a constant auto-leveling warning with my 99.
Now I have 3 choices
Now I have 3 choices
- try to find that sensor (part # anyone?) and replace it
- find a way to disable the module that control this to get rid of the warning and aim them manually
- cut the sensor wire and hook a potentiometer to get the right level and then use a fixed resistor with the desired value.

I've got a constant auto-leveling warning with my 99.
After reading a bit on here I suspected the sensors and was ready to repair them. After looking at the front everything looked normal, well in fact it looked like the sensor had been replaced before, but in the back I've got a surprise... The sensor is zipped tied to the sway bar because the bracket that hold it rusted away and the rod is broken. I've tried to move the arm on the sensor hoping I could get it to point a little higher (they shoot to the ground now) but it's locked into that position.

This alone won't resolve my issue, the entire bracket that hold the sensor is broken.
Option 4 would be to find someone that have a bad sensor with a good bracket willing to part out

There's no 2LS in any junkyard around me except for my 96
The part is not in the provided link. The only part I can find that look like what I need is this one
http://www.lexuspartsdirect.ca/p/Hei...940750050.html
Ideally I would replace it but up here this part is listed at 775$ CAD, you can understand why I might want to look at other options.
