Default need help please - traction control.

Hey club forums I have a little problem with my ls400 was wondering if any one can help me find the problem.ok when I atart to drive the car I get slip light comes on only when I first starts to accelerate but some times it goes away in about 5 secs but some times the car dont wanna move.the only time I don't get the slip is when I take of traction control can some one help me find the problems thanks alot

No its not tires and its a 95 ls400

Explain things a bit more! "Car doesn't want to move" so then your stopped and you have it in gear and push on the gas pedal and it won't move???? The trac system is interconnected with the ABS system and that with the brake system. Trac acts like a posi traction of sorts, if a rear wheel is spinning faster than the other then it applies the brake to the faster wheel.
When you accelerate how fast are you doing it? Are you trying to spin the tires? What happens when you turn the Trac off??? If you have one tire that is bigger or smaller than the other that will cause it to see an rpm difference and actuate the system.

got something similar happened to me the other day, cheap winter carpet was holding the brake pedal... Yeah I replaced and secure the new ones. HTH

I think I would read the codes and I dont mean autozone, need to get deeper into them, than the top level...
