Default HELP: stock body panel removal

I have searched quite a bit and can't find much about removing the factory panels so I can install my aero.

The side skirts and end caps are pretty self explanatory ( more information always helps though)
I know front a rear bumper covers are going be be a pain so any hints or tips will be much appreciated.
Mainly how do I remove the lower door panels. Do they just pop off or bolt on from the other side?

There are nuts that hold the lower door panels on and you can see them on the inside of the door. The hardest part is the double sided tape that also holds them on. You will need to heat up the top, bottom and sides to soften them up.
