Default ls400 knock sensor issue

Please help I am new to this forum and new to the Lexus world I have a 98 ls400 with a p0325 and p0330 knock sensor malfunction I replaced sensors with oem ones, code still their I even made a bracket off the side where no knock could be present and still their could it be the wiring and how would I go about fixing this issue thanx guys

Did you clear the codes? Hopefully you disconnected the battery when you replaced them so I wont tell you to disconnect it again.

Yes I did. I did notice that where the wire connects to the pig tail it is exposed don't know why I didn't think of curossion until you said battery tho

When I changed my starter I rewrapped both pigtails since the wires were partially exposed. I would def go back in there and have another look.

Not to bad it's starting to get cold tho. I had a **** ton of s13's and mustangs both boosted and they seem to love the cold but this LS is driving me nuts lol . What part of the states are u in

I have a similar situation with a 99 and a 2000 LS400 except I was finally able to get only one sensor to pop a code.

One possible solution is the use of Techron fuel additive as Yamae has mentioned in this form.

My temporary fix was to wire both ECU inputs to the working sensor. :-(
