P.S. Obviously not the whole seat assembly, but rather the driver and passenger seat bottoms.

i think he wants to just swap seat bottoms (minus the switches) from driver to pass and vice versa. good question that i am uncertain of.

it looks like if you can get down to the seat cushions by themselves you can swap the leather covers!
