Default Rear Wheel Going out of Alignment??

I just rotated tires preparing for winter and have noticed uneven were on the rear, passenger side tire.

Is it possible that the rear could go out of alignment? I've never seen rear wheel going out of alignment.....

It's possible on these because of the rear being independent.

That's one thing nice about cars/trucks with a live rear axle, is unless you REALLY damage something, the rear end will never need any sort of alignment
