Hello there. So I just installed my coilovers suspension arms and wheels. Slammed it and now my driver side axle has popped out. What can cause this. I haven't read anywhere about having to use an axle spacer like I did on a 240sx and s2000. It is a traction control car so different shaft lengths on the cv axles. Is it supposed to snap In the diff with a c clip on the end of the input shaft on that side or do I need to buy a new diff?
you are too low or the camber is too drastic, or both! you need to lessen one or both, or run custom length axles. most oni camber folks run custom axles.
All is good now. Somehow the c clip came off the end of the stub axle inside the diff. Dropped diff and reinstalled everything and it drives just fine. I think it was a freak accident
