I was going to let him find that out for himself.....
they may use phonetics in Washington, however: onomatopoeia doesn't include real words and phonetic transcription uses some extra symbols (not from the alphabet)...

cheers!!

The spelling he used was common in WWII-era military manuals (e. g "RF alinement"). I think (can someone confirm?) that the Brits use it also.

Here they are if anyone needs this info. For 1992 Non air suspension.

Camber 0 degrees, plus minus 45 minutes (Left right error 30 minutes or less)

Caster 9 degrees 10 minutes, plus minus 45 minutes (LR error 30 minutes or less)

Inclination 8 degrees 45 minutes, plus minus 45 minutes

Toe in (total) 0.2 degrees, plus minus 0.2 degrees, (2mm plus minus 2mm)

Wheel angle inside wheel 39 degrees 20 minutes (plus 1 degree minus 2 degrees)
outside wheel 32 degrees 40 minutes
The above is for front.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rear
Camber 0 degrees, plus minus 45 minutes

Total,Toe in .2 degrees, plus minus .2 degrees (2mm, plus minus, 2mm)

I don't know why most everything was in degrees and minutes and toein was in decimal degrees.

To help show what it means.
