I'll be tuning my Lexii tomorrow,,

There is something i wanted to know.

1. I'll be cleaning the IACV (Idle Air Control Valve), since it idles poorly without AC
2. I'll be cleaning the Throttle Body Also Since I've not tune by LS400 for about 2years...
3. I'll be cleaning the Mass Air Flow Sensor Also, for better performance...

1. I wanted to know that can I do all this with the Carburetor Cleaner? Or is it necessary with Throttle body cleaner?

2. I also wanted to know that can I re-use the gasket of throttle body? Or I need to buy the new one??

Buy a new gasket for the throttle body. I dont think the old will survive removal. Use sensor safe throttle body cleaner. I'm not sure about the cleaning the MAF. Some years are sensitive to cleaners and if yours is one of those years it could ruin the sensor.

Before MY 1995 should not be cleaned with solvent. They have a Karman vortex AFM.
