So I put a new belt on, started the car and let it warm up. I then kicked the a/c on and watched and listened and heard zero squeal. I then started to free rev the engine at the TB and watched all the pulleys. The tensioner pulley is showing about 1/8 to 3/16 of an inch movement during revs, but the movement seems to be moving undistorted.

Again no squeal. No abnormal movement that I can see. Only thing I can see is when I put the belt on the belt rode in the middle of the tensioner pulley, now after about 25 minutes of revving, and a load from the a/c compressor, the outside edge of the belt is on the edge of the tensioner pulley where it was in about 3/16" to maybe a 1/4"

The belt should not be moving back and forth on the tensioner pulley.
