Default Water Leaking from passenger door is this a common issue?

As I mentioned above water is leaking from the passenger door from underneath the armrest when it rains, does anybody know why this could be happening? or how I could go about stopping it? any advice would be great that and a link showing how to go about removing the door card. Thanks in advance.

Are the drain holes on the bottom of the door clogged?

After removing the door card the issue appears to be a leak in the weather stripping that surrounds the window trim, should I reseal or replace it?
