Can vvt-i be added to a 95 LS400?
If this modification is possible does anyone know where to get it done and what changes must be and also how much would it cost.
Also Im in California actually the bay area so if anyone knows an autoshop in this area that would do this type of a job could someone recommend an autoshop around here.

You would a vvti engine and all the electrical goodies as well. Process will just cost as much as selling in your car and getting a 98-00 LS400 with a vvti engine.

As pointed out already, not cost justifable. However, you CAN make a 90-97 LS400 as fast or FASTER than a stock VvTi car for less than the cost of trading up. I also agree that the swap would cost at least as much as a trade up if not more.
