Squeaky front suspension
I have '95 LS with 103,000 miles. Squeak has developed at low speeds (10-20 mph) in front end. Lexus dealership couldn't "duplicate" noise. I have lubricated all bushings with spray lubricant. Dealership said no bushings look worn or abnormal. Noise seems to come at lower temperatures (below 40F.) Any similar problems or suggestions???

Tan,
I'm moving your post to the LS (instead of the GS) forum where you'll have a better chance to find an answer specific to your car.

I'd still bet on the sway bar bushings, which have been a T/L problem for quite a while. They get a little "dry" and start to squeak and groan, even when they don't appear to be worn.
What you should do, though, is get the service manager or your tech and go for a ride. Part of the problem is that unless the noise is just godawful, the tech is usually not sure what he is listening for, despite the owner's description.

Suspension Squeak
I had the same type of squeak and it was solved by replacing front + rear sway bar bushings (1990 LS400). Parts are around $50. They used to squeak on speed bumps, so if you need a test that is easy to duplicate try looking for speed bumps.

yeah on my 93 I used to get a squeak when cold and going over speed bumps slowly. It would only occur over straight-line bumps, not in turns. Apparently Lexus upgraded the sway bar mount bushings to a urethane material or something, instead of the standard rubber. Anyway, that fixed the problem.
