Default oscillating vibration at highway speed

I have an annoying vibration that comes and goes with a steady oscillation pattern. at 80 kph and 120kph. I re balanced all my wheels twice and they balance out good. Wheels dont appear to be bent. I believe its from the front as my steering wheel jitters back and forth ever so slightly if your not holding it. All new BJs, tie rods inner outer, etc. Could it be a wheel with a slight hop to it that is causing this? This happens on throttle or just coasitng so i dont believe it is driveline vibration-however i will inspect and grease the U joints as i have yet to do so. (are they even greasable?)
Any other ideas?

Dont forget about the wheel bearings. If they're going bad they could cause this.

hmm, dont feel any play in them anywhere, I shall recheck this. car has 120k miles on it, about 40k of those miles are with -4 degrees of camber with big offset wheels which shortens up the bearing lifespan for sure.
Lookin at 220 for timken bearings, both appear to be press in? (looking on rockauto)

I doubt its the bearings. I just got timkens and they appear to be a good brand. Check your suspension for loose parts. Do you have hubcentric rings? They will make a huge difference with aftermarket wheels

D2racing double bellow bag over strut
you might be thinking its a blown shock? I dont think so. I gotta put my winter tires on and go for a spin to rule out the wheels. Honestly it might be a bent wheel with the crappy roads in MI here.. just a little out of roundness will definitely be felt.

i wouldn't rule out the shocks. it could just be your damper setting. change the setting and see if anything changes. i do not suggest you go full stiff or full soft however.

your current setting might be compromised, and even one click might make a difference. go 5-10 clicks first and go from there.

Ill give it a try. I did recently turn the front ones down 3 clicks. PO had them at almost full stiff. Ill go up just to get back to my known baseline.

Maybe a warped rotor?

any updates on this issue? My car recently started to do the same thing. It would begin to vibrate at around 60-70 miles an hour. Steering wheel would shake as you step on the brakes the shaking gets worse then it would go away after a bit of cruising around then it would start up again. I notice alot of brake dust on the right driver side wheels compare to the other 3 wheels also.

Sorry no updates yet, hoping to pull the wheels early next week. You say your shaking gets worse when you step on the brakes? that does sound like a warped rotor. Im thinking my wheel is bent, theyres some baddd roads aorund here. Im going to check the runout again. Theyres a rim repair shop down the road from me, but I feel uneasy giving them a 1000$ wheel.

$1000/wheel? Man, there is an amazing shop out here that can have alll 4 done for <$2000 shipped back.

do you have a go pro? stick it to the car and point it at the wheels and go for a rip, you should be able to see the wobble if it's a wheel.

And 3 clicks down from full stiff is nuts, i'm 5 clicks up from full soft on my BC's...

I had the same problem, and I was sure it was sometihing in the drivetrain... I replaced the transmission mount, it was a bit better. Then I replaced passenger side engine mount, it was about 70% better.
Finally I replaced the driver side engine mount and the vibration is completely gone.

Didn't have the time to read if you replaced all your mounts, but in my case, as much as I was certain that it was something to do with the driveshaft or something like that, it proved me completely wrong - luckily. And my vibration was not constant - it was more pronounced at certain RPMs and almost gone at some other RPMs. It was the worst around 75mph and not really there around 60pmh.
