Default Brake Upgrade?

I am planning replacing my current '91 brake system to a 93 and up one. What exact parts would I need to replace to complete this conversion?

I am also planning moving my current front brakes to replace rear brakes. Is that possible? Is it just plug-n-play or would I need some extra parts to do this?

Once I change the brakes, can I use larger diameter rotors? Thx in advance.

I think the rotors stayed the same size, but the 93-94 models became a double piston setup? Is this accurate?

Check to see if the 1991 master cylinder is the same as the 1993's. Assuming that and the stock rotors are the same (along with the brake lines), I believe the calipers will directly fit on.
