Default Water leak and interior lights don't work

The other day it was raining and, I found water in my Ls400's floor and since then my floor lights, ignition key light and driver door handle light haven't worked. Any suggestions on how to fix it.

First of what year is your LS? You probably have the famous sunroof leak and if you have alot of water underneath the floorboard your going to have to pull that carpet and dry it ALL the way out. You don't want any mold to start building down there. Check your fuses for those various electronics to see if the water shorted them out.

It is a 1990 ls400 with 373,642 miles on it. The floor is now dry, but I can't seem to find any fuse that is blown. What fuse should I look for.

you need to unclog the drains. open the sunroof and look at the corners for a drain and stick a bent hanger or weed whacker spool into the drains to dislodge any blocking debris.

general photo to give you an idea of the drain location.

I believe (but don't know for certain) that there are four drain holes - 2 in front and 2 in the back.

Which side of the car had the leak? You may want to use a hair dryer to dry out the fuse panels if they got wet. As far as checking fuses, do them all.

I found the sun roof clogged. The drivers side floor was a little wet and the passenger side had a puddle in the floor. I have checked all the fuses and can't find a bad one. I would really like to fix my lights.

The common factor for those lights not working on the 90-94 model LS400 is the Integration Relay, this is a green colored plastic box attached to the rear of the interior fusebox.
You will probably find the interior dome light doesn't work either when the doors are opened but does when you use the slide switch below the light.
It's an absolute PITA to get out as access is very limited working upside down under the dash area.

I managed to blow mine up by fitting cheap LED replacement lamps.
I bought a used one on ebay and it did the job and even managed to repair the original.

http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/for...-relay-repair/

The unit is held in place by 3 plastic clips so you need to get under the dash/footwell area and first locate the fuse panel.
On the other side you will see the unit.
This is the hard bit, you will need to prise the 3 clips holding it to the white plastic fuse panel, do them one by one and ease the unit out.
The end without a clip has a multiway electrical connector which just pulls off but be careful not to twist the unit and bend any of the connecting pins.

It may be better to get the replacement first so you can see where the fixing lugs are located making it a bit easier to remove the old one.

Part number is 82641-50010 so check before buying a used one.

Diagram below should help.
