lol if you're asking how to run such aggressive wheels all around you aren't ready to run such aggressive wheels all around.

11.5s are going to require significant bodywork and suspension changes to get fit properly on any LS, even a 2nd gen.

Take a look at the wheel fitment threads

This one for inspiration: cut, widened and radiused, 8cm front and 13cm rear.

agreed! those specs are hard to fit in the rears alone. the fronts...fogetaboutit!

and this red UCF shown, is only on 18x10 in the front! lots of body work indeed.

^^^ Less donk, more mexi-poke

I'm on 19x10s in the front and with some minimal extra rolling and pulling I could easily fit 11s....
as far as the rears go, my 19x11s were easy enough to fit, 11.5s would require minimal extra work. I'm planning to possibly re-lip and re-barrel my rears to 12.5 or 13s in a year or 2, and hope to do it in the double-digit +et'a as well.

Granted I always try and maximized my BS on wheel setups before adding width to the outside. its always easier/cheaper getting new outer lips than new inners. I think my front wheels are about 5mm off the knuckle, not sure about the rears.

If one has fender clearance issues, there is this tire stretch approach. OTOH, the LEO's out here would cite the driver for unsafe vehicle mods or such.

there is also the new trend of the double-stepped oversized outer lips... you got 19" wheels but your outer lip is a stepped 20" lip and the tire rides in the lower/inner step... looks even crazier than the rears on that silver Celica...

With how many people came up to me and told me my tires were flat on my last car because the backside of the lip was visible, i could not imagine the amount of people freaking out about such a stretch/fitment...

lol

Right now, I'm just trying to figure out how to get perfect lip-to-fender fitment with some wide 18s. If you're looking at 20x11 fitment, check out Jeebus' (from Refined Elegance) old car.
