My new 20 percent tint job!
As I mentioned in another thread, I recently bought some tint off of eBay. I planned on installing the tint myself and I gave it a try yesterday. I was totally impatient and decided to start the project at 530pm which gave me just a short few hours of sunlight to finish. Well, long story short, I only tried the drivers side window and it came out TERRIBLE!
I was working rushed and in low light. So today I decided to hell with it, and got it done professionally! My eBay tint was 35% and looked like I could have it be just a bit darker. So I decided to have the tint shop do 20%. It looks sooooo dark!
It turned out much darker than I thought it would look. I was attempting to avoid the drugdealeresk look by having it be too dark. I think that with the sliver paint and black interior, it really makes the windows look dark. I wont be paying another 200$ to have it done lighter so I will just have to live with it. Its not that bad at all from the inside!
Here are some pics:
I'm just hoping that the cops wont mess with me too much since in PA the limit is 70%. Don't take me wrong, I don't think the tint looks bad, its just a little on the dark side (no pun.. )

Low light pictures:
I had to break out my dslr because the cell phone wasn't cutting it. I attempted to keep the pictures as true to life as possible. Even with the low light, I'd say these pictures are about 80% accurate to what I really see. The low light visibility for this tint is pretty bad. Basically I've just become a hazard to myself and others on the road! haha... oh well, guess its time to upgrade my headlights and put some super bright led backup reverse lights in!!!

20% front windows
and 15% rear windows
and it's literally almost perfect, night driving isn't so bad, and i'm no longer blinded by headlights behind me ( being lowered)
it isn't terrible to drive at night, the only problem i have at alll is the sunstrip trying to read road names.
let's just say if there is no light, i can't
But i'm also crazy.
