I have a project that I've been working on and it is using the LS400 harness, ECU, cluster etc... I sold the tranny and forgot to take the speed sensor (S1, three pin sensor, 20ppr) from the tranny.

I have a broken LS400 speed sensor here and i know I can get it to fit and stay in the transfer case (84 4runner) and it fits other than that. The typical sensors are 4ppr.

I need it to feed the LS400 cluster that I have in the toyota. At the moment, I can not find any LS400's in the yards. Are there any other cars or models that this sensor would be interchangeable in? I know the SC400's would likely have this sensor, but any others. I do not care if there would be a small difference in speedo readings between compatible sensors because the speedo will be a little off anyways because of the combo of diff, tranny, and tires I have.

Any input at all would be HUGELY appreciated.

Bump. anyone? If it isn't clear of what speed sensor I am referring to then please do let me know and I will try and clarify more.
