misfire slow pick up
I have a 1994 LS400 just changed coil packs but has made no difference still running rough and very slow to pick up when driven

you need to follow the diagnostic code dump procedure here (it's very easy!) and post the stored diagnostic codes into this thread when you have them so that we may better assist you!
failing ECU capacitors is one very common issue on a 94 LS400 that would give the symptoms you are having, but there are many other possibilities, that's why we need the codes!
