Normally, start with furthest from MC, in these cars case its driver rear.
I read somewhere that you should bleed the fronts on ABS cars first?? Never had a car with abs before.

this explains it but only to 94...any difference for 98-00?

On all vehicles always start with the furthest away brake from the master cylinder and move from there so it would be pass. rear, then driver rear, the pass. front, then drivers front.
