^^Nothing wrong with a blast from the past

I too bought a spare key from ebay (without the remote) and Lexus said they will cut it for free.

I saw a website somewhere that sells replacement remotes for ~$60 I'll try and find it again.

I bought two keys from valockdoctor (ebay) shipped for 25 total. one was the three button shell, one with the "chip" , took them to Sewell to be cut ($7 each), then to Davenport Lexus to have the chip key programmed to the Lexus. I transferred the three button "guts" to the new key with out any problem. and kept the old (broken shell) key in case of emergency. total cost $75. for two keys.
