Does anyone know what this fan is called? I checked under the hood this morning and it is missing (this is not a photo of my car)

I have read that article in the past. I just gave it anoter read thru and although I understand a benefit from using 0W-30 I will probably stick with 5W-30 synthetic and let my car warm up for a couple minutes. I am switching my oil filter to the Motorcraft FL400S, that should help with start-up wear.

You definitely are the similar post. If you click the quotation from Cowboy it links to your thread.

With fees and registration $3000 out the door. Best of 6 others I test drove in the area.

Thanks midwest for clarifying on the fan.

Is Item 12371 the Transmission Mount you speak of Cowboy?

EDIT: Saw your post in another forum. Looks like I found the right part# Thank you sir!

Tie Rod Ends? Inner AND Outer?

I have located these two parts #'s They both state that they are inner, and judging from the diagrams I cannot distinguish much of a difference

the first one you listed is driver's side, the second one is passenger

I might know of a deal on the driver's side one

When replacing the Valve Cover Gaskets, is this something I should stick with OEM?

I would be sure the valve cover gaskets are even leaking, and even if they are, it would have to be enough of a leak to be consistently hitting the exhaust manifold and making a bad smell (after cleaning the area with engine cleaner) to make that repair a good value in time or money.

I have a 1990 Ls400 with a bad driveshaft carrier bearing, the rubber has broken apart. Do you know the oem part number on an aftermarket source. There are aftermarket ones for 1992 on up but none for the 1990 and 1991. I assume the 90 and 91 driveshaft must be a different size diameter where the bearing slides onto the driveshaft.
