OK, it seems that I found it: it is an engine coolant outlet gasket for 2nd gen LS400... which was in my Aisin timing belt kit and that's why I never used it - it is entirely different shape from 1st gen.

I changed my waterpump yesterday and did not use those gaskets which came with Aisin waterpump.

I may be wrong but I think those gaskets are the parts 16355A ie. 16341-50010 on my 1991.

Having second thoughts: could it be that this part is the same on 1st gen? Can anyone confirm?
I am loosing little bit of coolant (half a cup) every week or so, and I found this part, which means I did not change it when my friend and I did the timing belt...

Referring to my earlier post I believe shown gasket is 16355A.
