Default My ghetto front lip (pics)

Ok so I took the front lip off of my SC that I just got rid of. I cut it down and made it fit the bumper on the LS. It looks OK but its not going to stay on there. Took me all of about an hour to get it to look like it does in the pics. It's cut in two places in the center and narrowed to fit the LS, and then zip tied together. I just wanted to see if I would like the look of a front lip. The end result is that I DO like it and I'll most likely go with the integra front lip that I keep seeing around.

What do you guys think of my hack job front lip?

Honestly, it doesn't look half bad. Could use a little patching up, but I imagine you did this to get an idea of how it would look. Any plans on doing a full "lip kit"? Or just up front?

For now just up front. The car is fairly low, and I drive it a lot so I'd like to see how this one holds up before spending some dough on a nicer lip.

The thing is, to make it fit right you have to cut it and narrow the whole thing. The SC lip is a little bit wider I guess. I would keep it on there if I didn't have the two spots where I had to cut it. I did the ricer/drift thing with the zip-tie cross stitch pattern. haha

I guess if I really wanted to put some work into it, I could bond the two pieces together......

Thanks PD! lmao

Be patient, around the first of the year that big hole will have a fat intercooler filling it up! I have to get this 5spd in first though.

I was about to say intercooler/mesh lol... when I saw that hole, I kind of thought of the GS300 fog light setup.
