Default Can anyone help - won't start

2 problems with my 98 ls400. On the bottom far right in the cluster there is a red tiny car with the head lights on display yet no lights are lit physically. Could it be a faulty sensor or worst case scenario a solenoid ? I'm totally new with a Toyota and will order a repair manual asap.
On a serious note the car wont start. The starter motor is OK and so I flooded the car with juice for 3 minutes and not the slightest odour of fuel couldn't be smelt. Petrol pump, injectors ? I don't know. I tried removing the relays for both items, but gave up as they seem clipped in. That was the end of my trouble shooting and I may go to a reputable Toyota mechanic to have a look at it. On the flip side the car drove well home but pooped itself on my drive way. God must like Lexus.
CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME. Thank you kindly

on a serious note, God likes you more than the Lexus.... but we need a little more info than you provided, like what happens when you try to start it, sounds, movement? plus you should have a CEL light on, with a code for us. and my 99 American Lexus does not have red tiny car on the panel...see below. you might want to provide a photo. do you have an owners manual??

If you don't have an owner's manual, just create an account (free) at lexus.com.
You can then request an owner's manual (also free) plus download a PDF if you desire.
A rare counterexample to TANSTAAFL :-)

Yes people God does love us more than a Lexus. I'm sorry if any one took any offense as I love Jesus and that's the reason why I've been wearing my crucifix for decades
The car sounds normal whilst trying to start up but it seems that there is no fuel passing through. It may be a petrol pump issue yet it ran extremely well before i arrived home. My car is a 98 LS400 and the car is constantly on whilst powered up. No other icons appear on the cluster. Help.

Billy,
I don't know why but in one year the cluster is very different and it doesn't have a 6th gear.

that little red 6 is an id number (see all the other numbers?) only 5 gears..
if you cant check your fuel pressure, get someone to do it, when you turn the ignition switch on it should instantly pump fuel into your fuel line, have it checked...
