When I check the resistance on my fuel pump resistor its reading around 1.1. Normal is 0.70-0.76. Would this still be considered ok?

if 1.1 was in the acceptable range, the book would say something like:

allowable range: 0.6 - 1.3

or something

I would just jump it at the relay as Yamae diagrammed on here last week and then drive the car and see if it is now OK
