Anyone have a recommendation on finding a used A/C condenser from a reputable place or shop?

I wouldn't bother with used when they're less than $100 on RockAuto. If you're really really cheap then find one at a u-pull-it yard.

The wildcard with a used condenser is contamination - either from black death due to compressor failure or if the system has been charged with one of those "all-in-one" refrigerants. And it's a pain to completely flush out a condenser. I'd gamble with a Taiwanese or Chinese clone before one from a junkyard.

And for all the time involved in replacing it, a used one should be the very last thing you'd want.
