Watching the Maybach 62 Rear-Seat video from the North American Auto Show at http://autoshow.msn.com/autoshow2003/ It was amazing how many features the LS430 Ultra Luxury Rear Seats have without the 360K$ (Euro) price tag. Add a couple of headrest monitors to a mobile DVD system and a flip up writing desk you have the same "business jet" like rear-seats (as the demonstrator states) without the price.

Well, the maybach has the foot rests that shoot out, for one thing. I really don't see comparing the LS to the Maybach, probably two different demo's.

the maybach is in a diff class, the LS is a wicked nice car but not in the realm of the Maybach 57 or 62.
