I'm about to go next week to get my alignment done myself. Just found out that my front tires were shot. I'm almost done replacing just about everything in the front end. I had some pretty worn strut rod bushings, ball joints, and tie-rods. You can only do so much with an alignment with worn parts. I'm starting to consider air myself though. Sounds nice being able to go places the LS hasn't gone before! lmao

After that video diversion...

The toe on mine came out to:

Front 1/12"
Rear 1/16"

(This works for my set-up so yours will vary due to ride height, camber and caster specs.)

tyre service is trying to say cause the tread is slightly less in width than the rim width there is to much stress on the walls of the tyre.. i call bull****..

i do remember the alignment dude saying something about setting toe in a little more than factory.. hhhmmm

Actually thats the step in the wrong direction. Air suspension wreaks havoc on your alignment, it is never spot on. With coilovers, you can increase the dampening and spring rates, minimizing compression and rebound and preventing tire scrub.

Your car doesn't look low enough to have any major issues with camber wear. IMO, but if your toe is off, or you have a lot of worn parts that could be causing your problem.

are you getting tread separation (bubbles on the sidewall)? Your setup doesn't look anything out of factory, just lowered. -4* of camber isn't going to kill tires like that. It's either your toe is more than a degree off, or you got some junk tires. I run a healthy stretch, 225/40 on a 11" wide wheel at -7* of camber, and I still get 10-12k miles out of tires. I've only had one issue of tread separation, but it was a bad tire that was warrantied out.

Yeah, your stance does not look particularly aggressive. You might consider a new shop doing your alignment. Maybe they are not doing it right. What kind of tires are you using? Offset? On my former LS400 I was running Tanabe's which were only a 1.5" & 2" drop on SC430 +45 wheels and no problems getting the alignment in spec. I put on about 10,000 miles on the setup before selling the car and had no sign of wear.

Yup, get all of those worn parts replaced and in check before any form of modding begins. This is the problem with most cars as they get cheaper. People forget that maintenance comes first then mods.
