I bought one from a guy on Craigslist for $20. He said it came out of a GS but it looks like the ones used in the RX.

how is the shift **** removed? I have a 98 LS400 OEM shift **** but the wood grain has completely come off. I dont see any screws to remove the ****.

I'm pretty sure you twist counter-clockwise to remove the ****.
