96 LS400 @50K miles. Traction control, heated seats?
saw this siver 96 at a used car dealer and wonder what should I pay to get it. THey want ~$19K

Do you think I can get it for $12K -$14K?

I think $14 to $15K sounds reasonable; $12000 sounds a little too low since it is a second generation LS400 with a desirable option package and very low miles, but $19K is definitely too high of a price, in my opinion.

93 LS for $6000 sound good to me. Check out the usual LS/SC problem first

Late August 01, I paid my 93 SC400 at 150K miles for $7000 with P/S pump leak and bad LCD for the A/C controller.
