Where can i find this bumper/kit (pic)

I've never seen that kit. That's maybe the 3rd different kit I've seen for the 1st gen. One would think there would be more kits than the couple available that are seriously dated looking and even more support for the power mods for engine.
I hear wild stuff happens with these 1UZs but I don't see that in the LS400 (all day in supras and 240s). I just want an extra 100hp or so sans supercharger. I know I'm not the only one that wants to beat up on the S class next to me at the light.
I digress..... Sorry bud. Never seen it before.

Kits for the 1-LS will be pretty scarce with this being 15+ years old. Best suggestion I would have is contacting Aimgain in Japan. If you can get your hands on the JDM VIP mags, one of the many dealers about availability.
The other option is experimenting with body kits from other cars that are reasonably close in dimensions. This obviously won't be an easy bolt on with minor fitting to be done, but additional modification to the kit to match the contours of the car. The body shop will hit your wallet pretty hard.
