ok guys i have put a new power steering pump ,new power steering rack flushed with 3 quarts of fluid and refilled. What am i missing i know this car should not take 2 hands to turn the wheel before moving the car ????????? really about ready to send this thing down the road i just want power steering HELP Please

bad idle speed valve? did u change ur hoses?. disconnect the return line..plug it on the pump end and put the hose over the reservoir and start the car and turn the wheel. you should have a steady flow into the reservoir...also check for air

Are you using traditional power steering fluid?
Have you bled the system?

ok no i did not chhange the high flow hose . i have bled the system to what i thought was long enough but after reading the link below maybe i have not i will try this tomorrow . the questions about the hoses i did change the back flow line and the high flow looks good no leaks or anything that i can see i seem to have a good stream in the return line though ,
